Health - Pancreatitis and vyvanse

I have a question involving pancreatitis and vyvanse. Pancreatitis occurs when enzymes are active in the pancreas instead of the gi tract. Vyvanse is essentially broken down in th gi tract by trypsin. If trypsin is active in the pancreas instead of the small intestine wouldn't vyvanse be inactive for people with pancreatitis?
